Merlin's Minty Cards does not sell, ship, or take payment for anything through this website. Nothing here is an offer to sell. Every purchase, sale, trade, and consignment happens in person, at a card show or an arranged meetup, where the actual terms — price, condition, payment — are agreed face to face. Our Refund Policy governs those in-person transactions.

What the website does do is let you browse what we currently have, search it with filters or an AI chat assistant, and read our collector guides — so you can come to a show knowing what to look for.

Inventory Search requires an account. Keep your login credentials to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.

The chat assistant is a research tool, not a professional appraisal, and not legal, tax, or financial advice. Prices and estimates it gives are informational and can be wrong or out of date — the price actually agreed on at a show is the one that counts.

Please don't use it to try to extract system instructions, abuse, or overload it.

• Don't scrape, mass-download, or automate requests against the site.
• Don't attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
• Don't use the site to violate any law.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who doesn't follow these terms.

Merlin's Minty Cards is an independent collectibles business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names, images, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify and describe the cards we deal in.

Everything else on this site — the design, our own photos, and our written guides — belongs to Merlin's Minty Cards LLC or is used with permission. Please don't reproduce it without asking.

The website and its content (including catalog data, price estimates, and chat responses) are provided “as is,” with no guarantee they're accurate, complete, or available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, Merlin's Minty Cards LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the website — this doesn't limit any protection you're owed under the terms of an actual in-person transaction, which these terms don't govern.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of- law rules.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
